Senior Outreach Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team within the Aiming High Short Breaks service.

Aiming High offer short breaks to families as part of the children With Complex Needs Services in Children’s Social Care.

This is an innovative new service.

The whole team will have experience working with children and young people with complex needs and their families.

The Senior Outreach Worker will have proven organisational skills, including the ability to construct effective rotas, organise meetings, maintain accurate up to date records, ensure compliance with policies and procedures and be experienced in the supervision, oversight, support, development and appraisal of staff.
