Communications Apprentice (Level 3)

Tired of hearing ‘experience essential’? Join our team as an apprentice and we will work with you to build your skills and grow your talents in a friendly, fast paced team!

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in communication and marketing who is able to showcase their creativity and passion for working in this industry. In return, we can offer you the chance to work with a skilled and varied team and be able to shadow the work of videographers, graphic designers, marketing experts, social media specialists and public relations professionals to grow your base of skills and complete your apprenticeship with a whole lot of experience across a range of Communications areas.

You don’t need to have worked in communications before but we want to see that you have a real interest in communicating with different people and producing creative and engaging work. Maybe you worked on your school or community newsletter? Maybe you have started a podcast? Maybe you have been involved in content creation or ran a campaign for a charity?

This role will be focused on our Early Years and Early Help Teams so you will be working on campaigns for children, young people and families; a really diverse audience who respond to different channels in different ways. In your application, have a think about how you might engage this audience with your work.

If you’re unsure if this is the team for you, let us reassure you! We are committed to providing opportunities for people from a range of backgrounds and experiences, particularly those who have care experience. Whatever your background, you will work with people who will listen and value your experiences and perspectives and you will be supported to achieve your goals.

We can’t wait to read your application and give someone a great start in this rewarding and exciting industry!
